This is our new coffee roaster in action. 8-] Beans start out green -- I caught it a little ways into the process. Nice uniform color, and programmable settings. Bill is having fun programming them. You can mess with times and temps. Infinite variation. He's tweaking the settings, but honestly, how can you improve on perfection? ;-]
